Hyrum studied Behavioral Science at Utah Valley University. He is a passionate believer in the idea that if you can change behavior, you can change the world. During his two-year volunteer work in Sonora, México, Hyrum learned that he also enjoys public speaking and teaching others about ideas he deeply believes in. Since his time in México, he has done multiple internships in the corporate training space and hopes to eventually be a trainer/product developer for a similar company when he graduates.

Working at University Impact has been eye-opening for Hyrum, as he has learned the countless ways in which one individual can foster remarkable change in the world through a relatively simple business idea. Hyrum thrives off of working with other people and forming new relationships. He has come to treasure the opportunity to work at University Impact, where he is able to meet and discuss impactful ideas with entrepreneurs all over the world.
