Lauren has spent much of her career consulting clients on a variety of operational challenges. At Mercer she analyzed healthcare data to advise multimillion-dollar companies on their health and benefits negotiations. In other settings, she used cross-platform video analytics to inform media go-to-market strategies as well as proprietary employee data to build better leadership and engagement in organizational structures.
Lauren’s experience includes leading teams and managing cross-functional projects. At Merit Leadership, an impactful consultancy focused on ethical leadership, she oversaw the creation, launch, and support of their most successful product serving universities across the country. She also led quarterly strategy sessions and performance evaluations under direction of the board.
She holds a BS of Organizational Behavior & Human Resources from BYU’s Marriott School of Business.
